Innovation Counseling Program Mission and Vision Statement

Vision  

Innovation Elementary School Students strive every day to be their most successful selves. The students have the knowledge, skills and habits of mind to be lifelong learners and the confidence and determination to carry themselves into a thriving future. Our students are equipped with power skills to encourage others, integrate into the community, and make levelheaded decisions for their future success, no matter which avenue they choose.  

Mission  

The mission of the Innovation Elementary School Counseling Department is to help students develop social/emotional growth, academic achievement, and career readiness. The school counselors will address the needs of all students through intervention programs that are part of a comprehensive and data-driven school counseling program. In partnership with all stakeholders and the whole school community, the school counselors will ensure that each and every student has access to equitable instruction and are prepared as critical thinkers, responsible digital citizens and innovators.
